Caltech Director of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation Betsy Mitchell has been appointed to the National Collegiate Athletic Administration Division III Management Council, the governing body’s chief administrative group.
Mitchell will serve on the council for four years beginning on January 17, 2021 with her appointment extending to January 31, 2025.
The Management Council includes 18 members and is comprised of Division III Chief Executive Officers, faculty athletics representatives, athletic directors, senior woman administrators, conference representatives and student-athletes from each DIII geographical region.
